At the fair, we have different professional 3D scanners, MetraSCAN and HandySCAN, from our partner Creaform. And with molds and visual procedures of the Design phase that our department has previously worked on. So, we can see the complete Reverse Engineering process.

 

 

3D Scanning

Our 3D Metrology department has different professional 3D scanners to act according to the characteristics and complexity of the piece. We can carry out the scanning service in our Laboratory or at the client's own facilities.

3D scanning allows you to control the geometry exhaustively or generate a CAD from a pre-existing part.METRASCAN 3D SCANNING TECIMAN

This technology is used from the scanning of small or large pieces, to the digitization of civil engineering buildings or even pieces of cultural heritage.

We scan the part or area to then create a polygonal model, which after being treated, can be used to make 3D prints of it, manufacturing, creating a virtual parts stock warehouse and dimensional quality control.

CAD Mechanical Design

After scanning the piece and to generate the solid 3d model (similar to one done using Solidworks, InventorCatia…) we support ourselves in the area of Téciman Design and Simulation. Using specific software, CAD modeling is carried out, obtaining 3D. This model can be modified and worked using any CAD/CAM software for subsequent manufacturing.

We carry out the development of new products even to improve existing ones. We create three-dimensional models of parts and assemblies to visualize the final product.
