3D Digitalisation

The perfect solution when you want to exhaustively control the surface geometry or generate a CAD from a pre-existing part.

The use of this technology is not limited to the scanning of small or large pieces, but also to the digitization of civil works buildings or even pieces of cultural heritage.

We scan the part or area and then create a polygonal model, which after being treated, can be used to: make 3D prints of it, manufacture, create a virtual warehouse of parts or dimensional quality control.

These are the main applications in which 3D scanning is used:

• Dimensional inspection of parts comparing to CAD. We create a color map so that analysis is simplified and much more intuitive.
• Scanning of the surface of the part or component for its subsequent cloning by additive manufacturing.
