The client is unable to locate non-conformities issued by its end customer due to the increased administrative burden and lack of traceability resulting from the use of paper records.
Diagnosis: Non-conformity registration and tracking fails
Our engineers begin by performing a analysis of the current process, also considering the perspectives of workers.
And they detect two problems:
- The difficulty of the workers to record Non-Conformities in the ERP.
- The lack of follow-up of these after registration, causing failures in subsequent processes.
Project: Custom development and implementation of RPA

Thanks to this custom development, the client not only ensures the registration of all Non-Conformities, but also reduces the time spent on repetitive tasks by 80%.
Following the positive results, a second phase is proposed: developing a Dashboard to monitor all non-conformities, including their status and resolution, using indicators/KPIs.
