Téciman and Equator, the Comprehensive automated gauging solution for production line. They have been the center of attention this week at the Expo Digital Innovation Hub Industry 4.0 from Burgos.
Teciman, as a Partner Channel of Renishaw, has presented the Equator. A highly repeatable, highly versatile and reprogrammable manufacturing process control system by comparison. Especially suitable for use in the workshop and for carrying out the real-time part inspection; this is because the machine is thermally insensitive.
The Téciman Automation and Robotics Unit, performs the full integration of the Equator on the customer's production line. Our engineers and technicians are responsible for automatically feeding the system, designing and manufacturing the necessary tools and programming the PLC, robot and the Equator itself. Finally, they assemble and install it on the line, with the corresponding tests and validations.
