Teciman concludes a new project Process-Product Quality during the industrialization of vehicle structures for automotive. Our engineers travel to the client's international facilities as part of the Quality plan.
The Téciman engineering team perform the quality monitoring of hot stamped parts (press-hardening). Throughout the industrialization of the new references and until the beginning of mass production (PCOS).
In addition to providing its expertise in national plants, Téciman moves to the Czech Republic to oversee various quality-related aspects in the client's international divisions. Such as: quality assurance in laser cutting operations, monitoring and control of the set-up of the new pieces, validation of productions…
The work ends with the buy-off direction in hot stamping die suppliers.
