We participated in the seventh edition of the Mobility Job & Talent Day, one of the main employment days linked to the automotive and mobility sector in the Basque Country, held on September 18 at the AIC-Automotive Intelligence Center in Amorebieta-Etxano.
Organized by ACICAE – Basque Country Automotive ClusterWith the collaboration of AIC-Automotive Intelligence Center and the support of the Provincial Council of Bizkaia, the event brought together 35 companies from the mobility and automotive ecosystem with a common goal: to bring talent closer to the professional opportunities being generated by a sector in full transformation.

The Mobility Job & Talent Day has established itself as a key platform for connecting companies, professionals, students, and individuals seeking new opportunities. During the event, participating organizations presented their projects, recruitment needs, and most in-demand professional profiles, as well as holding one-on-one meetings with candidates.
This edition covered opportunities related to areas such as engineering, production, quality, maintenance, logistics, automation, digitization and project management, reflecting the diversity of profiles currently demanded by the mobility industry.
The day also included activities aimed at improving the employability of the attendees, along with networking spaces and presentations from the participating companies.

During the meeting, our team was able to share with the attendees different projects and employment opportunities in the Basque CountryIn addition to presenting available positions in other regions of Spain and in international projects.
