In one of the most important healthcare building projects currently underway in Madrid, we collaborated on the expansion and renovation of a leading hospital, forming part of the Technical Office within a joint venture made up of two leading companies in the sector.
The project, characterized by its high complexity —combining the creation of new healthcare spaces with the modernization of existing facilities— It required a very specific technical profile to guarantee the progress of the project. However, the search for this professional had jeopardized the pace of execution and was beginning to generate critical delays.
