Proposal1

Téciman performs the development, programming, implementation and start-up of a control network for one new production line. Within the line there are 8 different zones, which makes its management difficult. The network is made up of 8 PLCs of Siemens with SCADA connected to the main ERP and the production MES system.

The work is developed as closed package with two phases: the first at Téciman's facilities and the second, the implementation of the control network, at the client's facilities. The flexibility that characterizes Téciman allows adaptation to Any type of project, format and client.

In this second stage, connectivity tests, security and signal checks, as well as variable tables, are carried out. During the implementation, we work together with professional HW and wiring installers to verify the correct integration of the control system with the client's ERP and MES.

Client-server programming of the SCADA is done in SIMATIC WinCC (Aunt Portal) V16, configuring the platform on VM (Virtual Machine) with a single physical server connected to a SQL database for integration with the client's ERP.

Thanks to these SCADAs, the new production areas of the plant can be controlled. All the necessary information is available to be able to interact with the installation, receiving all the necessary alarm signals, such as inlet and outlet temperatures, pump pressure, etc.

This is a clear example of the efficiency of the engineering services in outsourcing format, since they provide a tailor-made solution without having to increase a client's internal structure. This work format results in the highest possible performance in a given activity industrial.
