Teciman brings its skills to the table process-product quality engineering participating in the launch and industrialization of various automobile parts.
Our specialized engineers monitor the quality of hot-stamped parts (press-hardening). This process begins with the industrialization of new references and ends with the start of series production (SOP).
In addition, the Engineering Outsourcing Team manages and oversees the buy-off of hot stamping die suppliers.
Finally, the quality of laser cutting operations is monitored at various plants in Europe. Téciman concludes its participation in the project by providing support during industrialisation at the client's plant in the Czech Republic (with engineers deployed for 10 months).
This collaboration adds further experience to the projects carried out over more than 30 years in sectors such as automotive, aerospace, railway, energy, industrial, etc.
