During the event, we presented a demonstration system that illustrates how agribusiness digitalization can bring real value to current and future production facilities.
A technological demonstrator applied to the comprehensive management of a nursery
For this edition of DIAGRO Xperience, Téciman Ingeniería developed a demonstration system that recreates the comprehensive management of a plant nursery, allowing real-time visualization of the interaction between different industrial and digital technologies. This translates into agro-industrial digitalization.
The project integrates different areas of operation and shows how information from the field can be converted into automatic decisions and useful knowledge for those responsible for the facility.
The main features of the demonstrator include:
Environmental data capture and intelligent monitoring
Through industrial sensors, the system records key variables such as temperature, humidity, and radiation, providing a continuous view of the installation's status and allowing for anticipation of potential operational deviations.
Process automation and irrigation management
The captured information is used to automatically activate valves, pumps, and other control elements, optimizing resource use and ensuring more efficient and sustainable operation.
Real-time visualization and control
The system incorporates HMI interfaces and monitoring tools that allow the centralization of all operational information, facilitating remote management and decision-making based on up-to-date data.
Advanced dashboard and data analysis
All generated data is consolidated into dashboards that offer key performance indicators and analysis tools to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and process optimization.
Artificial Intelligence applied to operational support
As a differentiating element, the demonstrator incorporates a virtual agent Based on artificial intelligence capable of interpreting operational information and answering queries related to the operation of the facility, bringing the advantages of AI closer to daily industrial management.
The importance of transforming data into decisions

Thanks to this collaboration, the demonstrator not only allows monitoring and automation of processes, but also transforms the collected information into a strategic tool for decision-making, highlighting the potential of digitization when approached from a comprehensive perspective.
