Last week we were at the BIEMH – International Machine Tool Biennial, one of the most important industrial gatherings in Europe and an international benchmark in Advanced manufacturing, automation and industrial technology.

Our proposal was clear: we developed a Complete quality inspection project integrating collaborative robotics, 3D measurement, and real-time data analysis. A solution designed to integrate directly into the production line and that perfectly represents our ability to offer comprehensive projects.
Our proposal for BIEMH: a complete quality inspection project
A complete quality inspection project that integrates Industrial robotics with a 3D measurement and data processing system in real time. In short, a solution ready for integrate directly into the production lineguaranteeing accuracy, traceability and efficiency.

- High-precision measurement with the Coord3 Universal coordinate measuring machine, guaranteeing reliable results from the start.
- Faster and more consistent inspections Thanks to the integration of the ABB robot, the production line is being optimized.
- Clear, intuitive, and accessible data visualization through our custom management application.
That is, continuous and traceable quality control, with fewer errors, more efficient processes, and real-time data for quick and accurate decisions.
Collaboration between the group companies
This project embodies our ability to offer comprehensive and customized solutions:
- Téciman Metrology It provides, installs and sets up the three-dimensional machine, in addition to programming the measurement software.
- Téciman Engineering Design a custom-made gripper for the part and integrate the robot with the three-dimensional machine; also program it.
- Téciman Digital Develop a custom data processing program to visualize key indicators in real time.
Machine vision integrated into our custom-made machines
At the BIEMH trade fair we presented a conveyor line that integrated technology from artificial vision.
Can implement machine vision solutions fully integrated into the customer's lines and processes, or develop special machines and independent control cells to guarantee the quality of the parts, either online or by replacing additional control walls.
Dashboard with AI virtual agent
For the fair we created a control panel connected to a dimensional control system consisting of a three-dimensional measuring machine and a robot for the automatic loading of parts, which allows:
- Visualize the process instantly
- Control quality and production from a single panel
- Detect deviations automatically
- Generate smart alarms
- Analyze trends and make decisions based on real data.
- Ask directly to virtual agent the status of the process and obtain immediate answers
