Last May 29th was a very special day for Grupo Téciman. A day marked by emotion, reunions, gratitude, and above all, by the people who have been part of our history over these 35 years.
The emblematic Saldañuela Palace, in Burgos, hosted the celebration of our 35th anniversary in a unique setting that brought together nearly 400 attendees from different parts of Spain: clients, suppliers, collaborators, institutional representatives, colleagues and friends who wanted to join us on such a significant date for our company.
An official event to highlight the progress made
The celebration began with an official event in which we wanted to share not only the journey of Grupo Téciman during these three and a half decades, but also the future vision of a group that continues to grow, evolve and adapt to the challenges of the industry.
During the meeting, we were honored by the presence and participation of prominent authorities and representatives from the institutional and business sectors of Burgos, including Antonio Miguel Méndez Pozo, president of the Burgos Chamber of Commerce and Industry and of the Regional Assembly of Chambers of Castilla y León; Ignacio San Millán, president of the Confederation of Business Associations of Burgos (FAE); Roberto Saiz Alonso, Delegate of the Junta de Castilla y León in Burgos; Pedro de la Fuente, Subdelegate of the Government of Spain in the province; and Manuel Manso, Deputy Mayor of Burgos City Councilamong others.
They all wanted to highlight the trajectory of Grupo Téciman, emphasizing the evolution of a company that, since its beginnings in Burgos in 1991, has managed to consolidate itself as a benchmark in metrology, engineering, outsourcing and industrial digitization.
During his speech, Miguel Ángel García de la Fuente, CEO and General Manager of Grupo Téciman, wanted to especially thank everyone for the support received over all these years and focused on the true driving force of the company: its people.
Much more than a celebration
After the official ceremony, came one of the most intimate and special moments of the day: the commemorative cocktail and toast.
Despite the high temperatures, the reception was incredible and the Saldañuela Palace became a perfect space to share conversations, experiences and memories with colleagues, clients and collaborators.
It was a unique opportunity to reconnect with many of the people who have been part of Grupo Téciman's growth over these 35 years and to continue strengthening relationships built over time.
One of the most emotional moments of the afternoon came with the cutting of the anniversary cake, where Miguel Ángel García wanted to express his gratitude for being able to celebrate this milestone surrounded by so many important people for the company.
Music, celebration and unforgettable moments
The day continued in the gardens of the Saldañuela Palace with live music and a DJ, giving way to the more relaxed and festive part of the celebration.
Taking advantage of the shade of the trees and the unique atmosphere of the place, we were able to enjoy an afternoon full of conversations, laughter, dancing and shared moments that will remain for the rest of our lives.
35 years growing with you
This anniversary has been much more than a celebration. It has been an opportunity to look back with pride, appreciate all that has been achieved, and at the same time, continue to look to the future with enthusiasm and ambition.
Today, Grupo Téciman continues to evolve as a business group structured in four major specialized areas: Metrology, Engineering, Outsourcing and Digital, consolidating a model based on specialization, innovation and constant adaptation to the needs of the industry.
But if there's one thing we've wanted to reflect during this celebration, it's that, above any number or business achievement, the most important thing is still people.
