We participated in the seventh edition of the Mobility Job & Talent Day<\/strong>, one of the main employment days linked to the automotive and mobility sector in the Basque Country, held on September 18 at the AIC-Automotive Intelligence Center in Amorebieta-Etxano.<\/p>\n

Organized by ACICAE \u2013 Basque Country Automotive Cluster<\/strong>With the collaboration of AIC-Automotive Intelligence Center and the support of the Provincial Council of Bizkaia, the event brought together 35 companies from the mobility and automotive ecosystem<\/strong> with a common goal: to bring talent closer to the professional opportunities being generated by a sector in full transformation.<\/p>\n

Our participation in this event is also part of the relationship of T\u00e9ciman Group<\/a> as partner of ACICAE \u2013 Basque Country Automotive Cluster<\/strong>We collaborate with one of the leading players in the Basque Country's automotive and mobility ecosystem, reinforcing our commitment to industrial development, job creation, and attracting specialized talent. This collaboration allows us to be close to companies and professionals in the sector, understand their needs, and help connect projects and career opportunities in an industry that is strategic for the Basque Country.<\/p>\n

A meeting point for employment and talent<\/h2>\n

The Mobility Job & Talent Day has established itself as a key platform for connecting companies, professionals, students, and individuals seeking new opportunities. During the event, participating organizations presented their projects, recruitment needs, and most in-demand professional profiles, as well as holding one-on-one meetings with candidates.<\/p>\n

This edition covered opportunities<\/a> related to areas such as engineering, production, quality, maintenance, logistics, automation, digitization and project management<\/strong>, reflecting the diversity of profiles currently demanded by the mobility industry.<\/p>\n

The day also included activities aimed at improving the employability of the attendees, along with networking spaces and presentations from the participating companies.<\/p>\n

T\u00e9ciman Outsourcing, present with new professional opportunities<\/h2>\n

During the meeting, our team was able to share with the attendees different projects and employment opportunities in the Basque Country<\/strong>In addition to presenting available positions in other regions of Spain and in international projects.<\/p>\n

Among the profiles that T\u00e9ciman Outsourcing is incorporating are: Maintenance Manager, Electromechanical Assembler and Recycling Process Engineer<\/strong><\/em>, as well as other specialized profiles in production, quality, project management, civil works and engineering<\/strong><\/em>.<\/p>\n

We also have professional opportunities outside the Basque Country, including positions in Building Surveyor, Senior Electrical 3D Modeler, Construction\/Project Manager and Design Engineer.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

The event also provided an opportunity to learn firsthand about the concerns and expectations of numerous professionals who visited our stand in search of new employment opportunities and professional development.<\/p>\n
