Teciman<\/a>\u00a0coordinates and executes<\/strong>\u00a0a\u00a0BIW project<\/strong>\u00a0(Body In White)\u00a0of sheet metal parts for<\/strong>\u00a0a leading company in the sector\u00a0automotive<\/strong>\u00a0integrating our engineers into the client's team.<\/p>\n

Teciman<\/a> provides the client with its capabilities in\u00a0project management and product engineering<\/strong><\/a> to complete its technical team, as it requires urgent resources to launch and develop the project, meeting the final client's tight schedule.<\/p>\n

The BIW perimeter gate project begins with the\u00a0design<\/a>\u00a0and product development<\/strong>\u00a0where design proposals, product simulations... are made using tools such as\u00a0CATIA V5<\/em>. Then the\u00a0simulations<\/a><\/strong>, both from the vibrations with\u00a0ANSYS<\/em>, such as dies with\u00a0AUTOFORM<\/em>.<\/p>\n

Once the design has been defined and the simulations have been carried out, the product is frozen and\u00a0is being prepared<\/strong>\u00a0Cargo Log (CDC)<\/strong>. Where all welding and assembly tools and control models are nominated.
\nThe T\u00e9ciman engineering team<\/a>\u00a0also performs the\u00a0manufacturing tracking<\/strong>\u00a0of welding and assembly lines, provides\u00a0technical assistance<\/strong>\u00a0for the alignment of offers from all suppliers\u2026.
\nIn this phase, all the tools (prototypes, first pre-series, etc.) are provisionally received at the suppliers' premises.<\/p>\n

Finally, T\u00e9ciman\u00a0moves<\/strong>\u00a0to the production plants<\/strong>\u00a0of the customer near the OEM (VW Group) in the Czech Republic. Where the manufacturing lines are assembled and integrated with the current ones,\u00a0program robots and PLCs<\/a>\u2026and the fine-tuning and balancing of all manufacturing lines is carried out until the product\u2019s serial life (SOP+3).<\/p>\n

This collaboration demonstrates the\u00a0equipment viability\u00a0<\/strong>formed by\u00a0external and internal engineers<\/strong>\u00a0(client structure). And in this case, it was coordinated by a T\u00e9ciman Project Manager.
