 Our contribution: reinforcement in Production, Technical Office, Occupational Health and Safety and Surveying

We collaborate in the Automation of a subway line with driverless trains within a joint venture formed by two leading companies in the sector, strengthening the teams of Production, Technical Office, Occupational Health and Safety and Surveying.
 
The client has a key constraint: a very limited execution timeframe to minimize disruption to rail traffic. 
Therefore, in Téciman Outsourcing We quickly and flexibly provide the capabilities you need for your project.
 
We began by integrating ourselves into the Production Management of the project, collaborating in the supervision and coordination of the daily production operations of the electrical facilities (PCI, piping, HVAC and plumbing installations)We also assist in planning construction teams, managing the purchase of materials and auxiliary equipment. And we help with technical quality control, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
 
As part of the Technical officeWe participate in the preparation of technical reports, studies, and documentation to justify changes to the client and ensure compliance with procedures. We also strengthen the coordination of assigned engineering projects.
 
In PRL We cooperate in the development of the Health and Safety Plan adapted to tunnel works together with specific emergency and evacuation plans.
 
And how surveyors We strengthen the work of surveying, leveling, drawing up plans… as well as technical assistance on site.
