{"id":7360,"date":"2026-03-25T10:24:44","date_gmt":"2026-03-25T09:24:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.teciman.com\/metrologia\/?p=7360"},"modified":"2026-03-25T11:30:03","modified_gmt":"2026-03-25T10:30:03","slug":"plc-gateway-development-no-code-innovation","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.teciman.com\/metrologia\/en\/news\/plc-gateway-development-no-code-innovation\/","title":{"rendered":"Development of a \u201cNo Code\u201d PLC Gateway: Innovation for industrial integration"},"content":{"rendered":"<p data-start=\"205\" data-end=\"585\">In <span class=\"hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline\"><span class=\"whitespace-normal\">T\u00e9ciman Metrology<\/span><\/span> We believe in innovation as a key driver to improve efficiency and competitiveness in industrial environments.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"205\" data-end=\"585\">In this context, we have developed an R&amp;D project focused on the creation of a <strong data-start=\"451\" data-end=\"477\">\u201cNo code PLC gateway\u201d<\/strong>, a device designed to simplify the integration of sensors and actuators into industrial systems.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"587\" data-end=\"1048\">This development responds to a growing need in the sector: <strong data-start=\"650\" data-end=\"713\">reduce the technical complexity associated with automation<\/strong>Traditionally, configuring industrial devices requires advanced PLC programming skills, which limits their adoption and slows down implementation processes. Our solution proposes a &quot;no-code&quot; approach, allowing users to configure and integrate equipment without the need for advanced programming.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1050\" data-end=\"1409\">The Gateway-PLC will act as a <strong data-start=\"1082\" data-end=\"1120\">intelligent intermediary element<\/strong>It is capable of communicating between different devices and protocols simply, quickly, and efficiently. This will facilitate the digitization of processes, interoperability between systems, and reduced commissioning times, thus contributing to the digital transformation of industry.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1411\" data-end=\"1682\">This project has been funded by the <span class=\"hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline\"><span class=\"whitespace-normal\">European Regional Development Fund<\/span><\/span> and the Junta de Castilla y Le\u00f3n, through the <span class=\"hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline\"><span class=\"whitespace-normal\">Institute for Business Competitiveness of Castile and Le\u00f3n<\/span><\/span>, within its program to support R&amp;D projects aimed at promoting business technological innovation.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1684\" data-end=\"1816\">With initiatives like this, at T\u00e9ciman Metrolog\u00eda we continue to move towards a more accessible, efficient and connected industrial model.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1684\" data-end=\"1816\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.teciman.com\/metrologia\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/Cartel-FEDER-ICECyL-L04.pdf\">FEDER-ICECyL Poster L04<\/a><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>At T\u00e9ciman Metrolog\u00eda, we believe in innovation as a key driver for improving efficiency and competitiveness in industrial environments.
