Once at the client&#039;s facilities, our team carried out a <strong data-start=\"739\" data-end=\"765\">comprehensive diagnosis<\/strong> to plan a comprehensive retrofit that would guarantee optimal performance.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"561\" data-end=\"841\">\n<h3 data-start=\"843\" data-end=\"898\">Complete retrofit: electronics, software and mechanics<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"900\" data-end=\"986\">Our technicians carried out a complete machine overhaul, incorporating:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"988\" data-end=\"1174\">\n<li data-start=\"988\" data-end=\"1032\">\n<p data-start=\"990\" data-end=\"1032\"><strong data-start=\"990\" data-end=\"1032\">New Renishaw UCC electronic control<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1033\" data-end=\"1073\">\n<p data-start=\"1035\" data-end=\"1073\"><strong data-start=\"1035\" data-end=\"1073\">PolyWorks software integration<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1074\" data-end=\"1174\">\n<p data-start=\"1076\" data-end=\"1174\"><strong data-start=\"1076\" data-end=\"1112\">Mechanical repairs and adjustments<\/strong> necessary to return the MMC to its operational state at 100%<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1176\" data-end=\"1634\">This type of project reflects our expertise:<br data-start=\"1228\" data-end=\"1231\" \/><strong data-start=\"1231\" data-end=\"1294\">T\u00e9ciman upgrades any MMC on the market to the latest level<\/strong>both in hardware and software, and always with <strong data-start=\"1346\" data-end=\"1367\">1 year warranty<\/strong>From simple <strong data-start=\"1383\" data-end=\"1414\">software updates<\/strong>, until the <strong data-start=\"1425\" data-end=\"1449\">total reconstruction<\/strong> from the machine, passing through the <strong data-start=\"1480\" data-end=\"1540\">Replacement and adjustment of mechanical and pneumatic components<\/strong>We offer a <strong data-start=\"1556\" data-end=\"1579\">total repairability<\/strong> that prolongs the useful life of any three-dimensional object.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1176\" data-end=\"1634\">\n<h3 data-start=\"1636\" data-end=\"1682\">International logistics and start-up<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"1684\" data-end=\"1954\">After completing the renovation, we managed the <strong data-start=\"1729\" data-end=\"1752\">maritime transport<\/strong> all the way to the client&#039;s facilities in South Africa. There we take care of the <strong data-start=\"1827\" data-end=\"1870\">assembly, calibration and commissioning<\/strong>ensuring that the machine was fully operational and ready for production.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1684\" data-end=\"1954\">\n<h3 data-start=\"1956\" data-end=\"2006\">Comprehensive support, regardless of make or model.<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"2008\" data-end=\"2364\">This project demonstrates our ability to offer a <strong data-start=\"2066\" data-end=\"2095\">comprehensive technical service<\/strong>, independent of <strong data-start=\"2115\" data-end=\"2127\">software<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"2129\" data-end=\"2139\">model<\/strong> either <strong data-start=\"2142\" data-end=\"2151\">brand<\/strong> of the machine.
