At T\u00e9ciman we believe in talent without borders and in the importance of cultural integration in the work and social environment.<\/p>\n
For this reason, we have had the honour of collaborating with the Burgos Acoge Association in its project \u201cPonle Color al Mundo\u201d, an initiative that promotes the inclusion of foreign people who arrive in Burgos.<\/p>\n
We have received a visit from representatives of Burgos Acoge, who have given us the "compass rose" in recognition of our participation in this initiative.<\/p>\n
In our case, we have chosen to sponsor the country Austria in homage to a colleague from our engineering team.<\/p>\n

At T\u00e9ciman we have professionals from a wide range of nationalities, both in the Engineering team (Projects<\/a> and Outsourcing<\/a>) as in that of Metrology<\/a>.<\/p>\n We have colleagues from Ukraine, Poland, the Dominican Republic, Colombia, Austria, Brazil, Ecuador\u2026<\/p>\n This is because, by collaborating in such specific sectors, we prioritise talent and experience (an aspect that is particularly enriching when combined with diversity). In addition, it benefits us by supporting our clients in international projects.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n In order to strengthen integration and the feeling of belonging within the team, last Christmas (2024) we organized a special initiative: our Christmas basket included typical products from all the countries represented in our team.<\/p>\n This action sought to promote cultural exchange and share traditions in such a special time.<\/p>\n The result was exceptional. We all enjoyed unique sweets, wafers and cookies that not only allowed us to discover new flavours, but also served to strengthen ties and camaraderie within the team.<\/p>\n \n We would like to thank the Burgos Acoge Association for its important support and integration work.
