Without a quick and effective solution, their production line would be stopped.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The challenge? Solve it in less than 48 hours. And we did it.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Against the clock<\/h4>\n<p>The client was against the clock and <strong>I couldn&#039;t find the reason for the failure<\/strong> in manufacturing. In addition, there were other projects to attend to and there was not enough staff available to cover all of them.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Step 1: Immediate response<\/h4>\n<p>Time was of the essence. Given the client&#039;s urgency, <strong>Our team moved immediately<\/strong> to its facilities to conduct a thorough analysis of the situation.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The speed of response was key<\/strong> to minimize the impact of the problem.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Step 2: Identifying the problem<\/h4>\n<p>After a <strong>detailed study<\/strong>, we found the cause of the failure: the measurement ranges had not been made with the CAD definition at the last level, but on the plans of the previous reference. This <strong>information gap<\/strong> was generating errors in manufacturing.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Step 3: Implementing the Solution<\/h4>\n<p>Once the problem has been identified, our technicians manage the\u00a0<strong>correct CAD definitions<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0<strong>they remake the program\u00a0<\/strong>of\u00a0<em>MetrologX4<\/em>. They carry out the\u00a0<strong>measurements<\/strong>\u00a0of the new parts and provide the\u00a0<strong>report<\/strong>\u00a0to the client obtaining approval.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>The result: Production without pauses<\/h4>\n<p>Thanks to our<strong> rapid and effective intervention<\/strong>, the client was able to continue manufacturing without interruptions, avoiding delays and guaranteeing the quality of the final product.<\/p>\n<p>He also entrusts us with the\u00a0<strong>Review of all measurement ranges<\/strong>\u00a0ensuring that they correspond to the correct CAD definitions.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>3D Measurement is a trend in the automotive sector<\/h2>\n<p>We are currently conducting a\u00a0<strong>large number of\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.metrologiateciman.com\/metrologia-3d\/servicios-metrologia\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Measurements and Reports<\/a>\u00a0in the sector<\/strong>.
