This analysis must be carried out by a third party to ensure the neutrality of the same.<\/p>\n<h6>Project phases:<\/h6>\n<p>The FEM calculation project begins with the <strong>definition of simplifications<\/strong>\u00a0to be carried out since it is a complex system with bolted joints, bearings, axles, etc.<\/p>\n<p>With this the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ingenieriateciman.com\/outsourcing-de-ingenieria\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">T\u00e9ciman engineering team<\/a>\u00a0determines the\u00a0<strong>meshing<\/strong>In this case, a combination of meshes with elements is performed\u00a0<em>shell<\/em>\u00a0<em>(2D),<\/em>\u00a0<em>hexahedrons (3D)<\/em>\u00a0and<em>\u00a0tetrahedrons (3D)<\/em>\u00a0depending on the system component. The following are defined:\u00a0<strong>material characteristics\u00a0<\/strong>with the module of\u00a0<em>Young<\/em>, elastic limit, breaking stress, breaking elongation, elastoplastic behavior\u2026<\/p>\n<p>After completing the mesh and defining the material,\u00a0<strong>the boundary conditions are set<\/strong>: embedded points, points with displacement in one of the axes, typology of the unions between the different elements\u2026 Afterwards<strong>\u00a0are specified<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>loads to be applied<\/strong>; in this case, self-weight and external forces.<\/p>\n<p>In this project, the following have been carried out:\u00a0<strong>4 essays<\/strong>\u00a0applying different loads at different points and with different angles of action.
