It is a component measuring 2.5 m in diameter and weighing around 700 kilos, so the work is carried out on site to avoid any logistical problems.<\/p>\n<p>Behind him <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ingenieriateciman.com\/metrologia-3d\/#escaneado-3d\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">3D scanning<\/a> From our metrologists, we obtain a <strong>point cloud<\/strong> which turns into a <strong>.stl<\/strong>. The design team converts this file into <strong>3D solid<\/strong> Using specific software, obtaining the <strong>.stp<\/strong>The client thus obtains the real digitalized piece to carry out all kinds of modifications, measurements, etc.<\/p>\n<p>Finally, from the 3D file we make the <strong>2D plans<\/strong> (.dwg format) so that our clients have all the information necessary to manufacture the part.<\/p>\n<p>This case shows the <strong>feasibility<\/strong> of T\u00e9ciman by having portable devices and having the ability to move, both nationally and internationally.
